I'm Joanna, a senior product designer based in New York City.

I have six years of experience designing digital products at government agencies, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies.

I am most passionate about utilizing design to make social service programs accessible to underserved communities.

Currently, I am at FINRA, a regulatory organization that oversees the financial industry, leading design for the company's two flagship products, used by hundreds of thousands of broker-dealer firms.

Outside of design, I teach family pottery classes in my neighborhood and hand knit loopwheeled sweaters. 🌱 🧶
